Best Wurst Class Ever by Il Forno
Il Forno has announced a two-part cooking class series, Best Wurst Class, partnered with Freetail Brewing Co. Michael Sohocki, chef-owner of Restaurant Gwendolyn, Kimura and Il Forno, along with Jason Garcia, executive chef of Il Forno, have announced a two-part cooking class series held in partnership with Freetail Brewing Co. The first class, taught by chef Sohocki, will equip you to make the best bratwurst in town. The second class, taught by chef Garcia, will teach you the secrets to making Il Forno’s pizza dough, mozzarella and ricotta. Each class costs $40, or if bought together only $70. Class One: Learn How to Make Bratwurst, taught by Chef Sohocki
When: Friday, September 23 at 6:30 p.m.
Where: Freetail Brewing Co., 2000 S. Presa
Cost: $40, which includes a take home cheat sheet, sausage and farm fresh veggies and 1 pint of Freetail Oktoberfiesta.
Class Two: Learn How to Make Mozzarella, Ricotta & Pizza Dough, taught by Chef Garcia
When: Tuesday, September 27 at 6:30 p.m.
Where: Il Forno, 122 Nogalitos St.
Cost: $40, which includes a take home cheat sheet, your own homemade pizza and 2 Freetail beers.
