San Antonio’s Big Lebowski inspired bar, The Ringer Pub located at 2826 Thousand Oaks, is set to have their grand opening on Saturday, December 5, 2015 from 7pm-2am.
Attendees can expect to sip White Russians and play mini bowling with The Dude himself. Yes, that’s right, there will be a Dudeist on site that looks and acts like The Dude character. In addition to the venue’s special guest, there will also be $4 White Russians & $3.50 Craft Beer Drafts on special all night.
The Ringer Pub is a venue inspired by the 1998 Coen Brothers film The Big Lebowski, is a sister location to TheHangar Bar & Grill and The Three Legged Monkey.
The 1,800 square foot space located in the Adobe Creek shopping center on Thousand Oaks between Oak Leigh Street & Jones Maltsberger Road underwent complete renovation from a medical office space into a tribute to “The Dude.” The venue includes a central bar, table seating area and outdoor patio.
This bar embraces games and activities that gives patrons something to do any night of the week, while they drink. There are several mini bowling games available for play, along with classic bar games like beer pong, darts and pool. Live Trivia produced by Challenge Entertainment will also begin on Thursdays at 8pm, starting December 10, 2015.
The décor really makes the bar. Modern posters from the film and Lebowski memorabilia lines the walls. There are even autographed festival posters from past Big Lebowski Fest‘s, held annually across the United States.
The Ringer Pub is open daily Monday-Friday from 2pm-2am & Saturdays and Sundays from 12pm-2am. To keep up with the most recent developments of the venue, please visit their website at www.TheRingerPub.com.
