Last Minute Cocktails to be Thankful For!

French Maple

Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff – Cocktail Making Made Easy


Yikes! Did plans just change and now YOU have been volunteered to host the big meal? Even if your culinary talents don’t extend beyond takeout – these simple cocktails will make a big splash and have your guests ordering seconds!


French Maple

1 ½ 1oz. CAMUS VS Elegance Cognac

½ oz. lime juice

¼ oz. maple syrup

4 dashes of angostura bitters
Garnish:  Orange slices


Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice.  Shake and strain into tall glass.



Frobisher’s Feast


1 ½ oz. Ungava Gin
1 oz. Campari

1 oz. vermouth
top with Soda

Garnish: Lemon wedge


In a glass of crushed ice add Campari, vermouth and Ungava Gin, in that order.  Top with soda and garnish with lemon wedge.



Cranberries on the Beach


2 oz. Beach Whiskey
3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
8 cranberries
2 teaspoons sugar


In a shaker muddle bitters, six cranberries and sugar.  Add in Beach Whiskey and shake.  Strain into a glass filled with ice and top with remaining cranberries and serve.


Uncle Woody’s Apple Pie


2 oz. cinnamon apple tequila

¾ oz. lime juice

¾ oz. triple sec

Top with Woodchuck Amber Cider

Garnish:  Apple slice and cinnamon stick


Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice except Woodchuck Amber Cider and shake. Strain over fresh ice, add Woodchuck Amber Cider and stir.


Scottish Harvest


2 oz. SIA Scotch Whisky

2 oz. apple Juice

1 oz. fresh Lemon Juice

¾ oz. Rosemary Simple Syrup

Garnish: Rosemary Sprig



Fill a rocks glass with ice. Build the drink by adding Scotch, Apple Juice, Rosemary Simple Syrup and Lemon Juice together, in that order. Stir. Serve the cocktail with a Rosemary Sprig, for garnish.
