SACC Announces Exclusive Event: Courses & Cocktails
Featuring Visiting Chef Shane Lyons of Distilled NY and San Antonio’s Best Chefs
“Once again, San Antonio Cocktail Conference can highlight the
pairing of dinner courses and just the right cocktail – and make it a
charitable affair!” –Cathy Siegel, Executive Director, Houston Street Charities
The San Antonio Cocktail Conference (SACC) has become more than a fabulous week of parties, tastings and cocktail courses in January. The SACC has now launched events and special experiences year-round, including this upcoming not-to-be-missed event truly ‘mixing’ cocktails and chef collaborations, and a new kind of courses for the SACC. To tie up Texas’ long, hot summer the SACC is hosting a fabulous line-up of talented chefs and cocktail gurus for a unique dining experience. Yet, this time there are a few twists to the experience, and we are not talking about fancy garnishes. More like four, fabulously fancy chefs from San Antonio, Stefan Bowers, Jason Dady, Robbie Nowlin, and John Russ and one award-winning chef fromNew York, Shane Lyons. This tal-ented line-up will combine forces with master mixologist, Christo-pher Ware of the soon to be opened Paramour. The group will be hosting the first-ever, Courses & Cocktails, where the world of culi-nary combines forces, and courses with the world of cocktail.
This food and imbiber’s dream dinner will be five-course menus paired with five craft cocktails. How does one attend this event? You can reserve a table to eat and drink with your favorite San Antonio chef, or reserve a seat with special guest chef, Shane Lyons. Tables and special guest seats are extremely limited and can be reserved through the SACC directly. Of course, all proceeds of this event will benefit Houston Street Charities, which supports children’s charities.
