A Fun Unique Event that Supports the Art Institute of San Antonio’s Scholarship Fund

Come play, eat and be creative at a fun unique event on September 29th at The Art Institute of San Antonio.

Chef and instructor, Dave Terrazas, of The Art Institute of San Antonio is partnering up with friend and owner, Yuli Chang of Curator Coffee, who also happens to be a talented ceramicist.

A Fun Unique Event

The two will be hosting a very unique, one-night-only event on Thursday, September 29 at 6:30 pm at The Art Institute of San Antonio. Twenty guests (maximum) will enjoy a dinner of gourmet ramen (see menu below), a short presentation on garlic and ginger by Chef Dave and finally a fun, easy ceramic bowl making workshop presented by Yuli.

A Fun Unique Event

Guests will have the chance to get their hands in the clay to create their own bowls that they can save as a souvenir of the memorable evening. Please note, the bowls will need to be glazed, fired and picked up at a later date at Curator Coffee. Additionally, on the night of the event, Yuli will have some beautiful handmade wares available for purchase.

A Fun Unique Event

“Yuli and I recently met like kindred spirits, and we thought this would be something really fun for San Antonians to do. It’s perfect for friends, family or even a date night,” says Chef Dave.

A portion of the event’s proceeds will be shared with The Art Institute of San Antonio’s scholarship fund.
