Summer Heats Up with Blockbuster Premieres and New Menu Items at EVO Entertainment
Summer heats up at EVO Entertainment with the highly-anticipated release of the Top Gun sequel, Top Gun: Maverick, and the equally anticipated The Bob’s Burgers Movie. Action fans can indulge in a specially curated cocktail, the Maverick Mango Lemonade, as they watch beloved characters return to the screen. And of course, it wouldn’t be a Belcher family experience without an exclusive handcrafted burger menu to celebrate the premiere of The Bob’s Burgers Movie.
Top Gun: Maverick
After more than thirty years of service as one of the Navy’s top aviators, Pete “Maverick” Mitchell (Tom Cruise) is where he belongs, pushing the envelope as a courageous test pilot and dodging the advancement in rank that would ground him. When he finds himself training a detachment of Top Gun graduates for a specialized mission the likes of which no living pilot has ever seen, Maverick encounters Lt. Bradley Bradshaw (Miles Teller), call sign: “Rooster,” the son of Maverick’s late friend and Radar Intercept Officer Lt. Nick Bradshaw, aka “Goose”. Facing an uncertain future and confronting the ghosts of his past, Maverick is drawn into a confrontation with his own deepest fears, culminating in a mission that demands the ultimate sacrifice from those who will be chosen to fly it.
Now available at all EVO Entertainment locations, excluding Fritztown Cinema, the action-packed adventure of Top Gun: Maverick is serving up the Maverick Mango Lemonade. Combining whiskey, lemonade, Sprite, mango puree and grenadine and garnished with an orange slice and cherry, this refreshing cocktail delivers summer sweetness with a fighter jet punch. EVO guests 21 years of age or older can sip on this delicious cocktail as they watch Maverick face the ghosts of his past after more than 30 years.
Bob’s Burgers Movie
“The Bob’s Burgers Movie” is an animated, big-screen, musical comedy-mystery-adventure based on the long-running Emmy-winning series. The story begins when a ruptured water main creates an enormous sinkhole right in front of Bob’s Burgers, blocking the entrance indefinitely and ruining the Belchers’ plans for a successful summer. While Bob and Linda struggle to keep the business afloat, the kids try to solve a mystery that could save their family’s restaurant. As the dangers mount, these underdogs help each other find hope and fight to get back behind the counter, where they belong.
Fans of Bob’s Burgers can visit EVO’s Schertz, Southlake, Springtown, Belterra, Kyle, and new EVO Entertainment Hampton location through Sunday, June 12, 2022 to catch the musical-mystery-adventure screening of The Bob’s Burgers Movie. In celebration of the long-running series coming to the big screen and in true Bob Belcher fashion, EVO has curated a smorgasbord menu of unique burgers including the “Down the Hatch” Burger featuring Hatch green chilies and chipotle mayo, the “Hamburger to Hell” with pickled red onions and searing jalapenos, the “Young Patty Wan Melt” topped with caramelized onions served on Texas Toast and “It’s Always Sunny Side Up” burger layered with bacon and a sunny-side-up egg.
