This is a nice earthy Prosecco, rich and full, crafted in the Extra Dry style that pairs well with a wide variety of foods. It has aromas and flavors of pears in cream and limestone with a supple, crisp, effervescent, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a polished, interesting, medium-long finish that shows notes of caramel apple with nuts and lime granita. Pinot Grigio DOC Delle Venezie (12%ABV; SRP 14.99/750m):
Juicy, smooth, non-oaky and quaffable, this Pinot Grigio is a perfect white for weeknight pairings.
