Backyard on Broadway Introduces a New Songwriter’s Series Titled The Bluebonnet Song

Backyard on Broadway, located at 2411 Broadway St., San Antonio, Texas 78215, has introduced a new songwriter’s series titled The Bluebonnet Song, giving local artists the opportunity to perform live on stage, which takes place every Sunday from 2pm-5pm.

What:

The Bluebonnet Song: Songwriter’s Series is the newest addition to the Backyard on Broadway’s live music event line up. The neighborhood spot wants to give artists, songwriters, and musicians an opportunity to perform live on stage in front of a local audience.

Unlike an open mic night, this series requires the artist to sign up ahead of time. Those who are interested in participating can fill out a performance request form on Backyard on Broadway’s website here.

Each week the host of the event will rotate. Weekly hosts include JD Duarte, Laura Marie & Katy McKenzie.

Backyard on Broadway offers live music every Friday and Saturday from 5pm-10pm. Guests can find more information about all of the venue’s live music events at their website.
