There are three different cheese flavor varieties to choose from:

As a food reviewer and a cheese lover, when asked to try some samples I quickly said yes!
I was blown away by how delicious all three flavors were. I loved experimenting with their versatility too. I tried using them as wraps instead of flatbread or tortillas for a gluten-free option. I ate them right out of the bag for a quick afternoon snack. I melted them in a grilled cheese sandwich and I even microwaved them to create an editable crispy serving bowl for dips and a gluten-free chip for salads or munching. I liked the crispy versions the best with their intense flavors. The cheese slices come separated by parchment paper making it easy to crisp them in the oven or microwave. Just lay them parchment side down on a cooking tray and cook them on a high temperature for a minute or two. Directions are on the back of each package!
I found that the cheese slices were easier to work with for rolls and wraps if I set them out of the refrigerator for a couple of minutes before using. But don’t let them sit too long as you don’t want them too soft. Each sheet was big enough for me to make one wrap filled with the same amount of filling I would put between two slices of bread for a sandwich at lunch.

I have included recipes below so you can give them a try. You may just be amazed at how creative you will get when you start using them.
Cheddar Folios™ Crispy Bowl of Mac n’ Cheese
4 Cheddar Folios™
1 lb. Pasta- any short cut (shells, elbows, etc.)
4 quarts Water
1 ½ cups Whole Milk
2 tbsp. All-Purpose Flour
2 cups Shredded White Cheddar or Monterey Jack
½ tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Mustard Powder
½ cup Crumbled Bacon (optional)
1 Cheddar Folios™ – crisped and crumbled (optional)
Make 4 Cheddar Folios™ crispy bowls as per package directions and set aside. Cook pasta in 4 quarts of boiling water and add a tbsp. of salt for approximately 8 minutes until firm but tender (al dente). Drain and place pasta in a mixing bowl. In a large saucepan, warm 1 cup of milk on medium-heat. In a separate bowl, whisk the remaining ½ cup of milk and flour until there are no lumps. Then, slowly pour the mixture into the hot milk while continually whisking until you have a thick sauce (about 4 minutes). Turn heat down to low and add shredded cheese, salt, and mustard powder. Continue to stir until all the cheese melts into the sauce. Fold in the sauce over the cooled pasta and add bacon (if desired). Fill each Cheddar Folios™ bowl with ¼ of the Mac n’ Cheese. Top off with Cheddar Folios™ crumbles (if desired).
Makes 4 yummy bowls!
Cheddar Folios™ Crispy Bowl of Avocado Cream with Cheddar Folios™ Chips
4 Cheddar Folios™
1 Avocado – ripe, pitted, and skin removed
3 Green Onions – chopped
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Fresh Lime Juice
1 Serrano Chili Pepper – stemmed, seeded, and chopped
2 tsp. Fresh Cilantro – diced
Make 1 Cheddar Folios™ bowl as instructed on package. Then, make Cheddar Folios™ chips by placing 1 Folios™ in the microwave for 1 ½ minutes. As soon as removed, use a pizza cutter or sharp knife and immediately cut into triangle pieces before turning into crisps (about 30 seconds). Place on a dry paper towel and repeat for the other 2 Folios™. Set aside.
Now, make the avocado cream by placing all remaining ingredients in a food processor (minus 1 tsp. cilantro and 1 tsp. of green onions). Blend until smooth and creamy. Place the Cheddar Folios™ bowl on a serving platter and surround by the Cheddar Folios™ chips. Fill the Folios™ bowl with the avocado cream and top with remaining onions and cilantro. Serves 4 – 6.
