Preparations are in full swing as the DoSeum celebrates Fiesta by hosting ReDO: Piñata Party its spring iteration of its biannual 21+ celebration. At the event, to be held on the evening of Firday, April 20, guests entretain their inner child with a smashing good time!
Guests 21+ leave kids at home so they can have the DoSeum all to themselves, with opportunities to explore all the fun its various exhibitions have to offer, plus special activities, food, drink, and musical performances.
A variety of vendors from San Antonio’s favorite food establishments such as The Art of Donut, and Caferos offer samples of delicious bites and specialty cocktails. While a Mercado style setting offers artisan crafts from local vendors, including Very That, Nins and Needles, and Bees Knees.
No Piñata Party is complete without lively music, and this year the DoSeum is making sure everyone will dance to their favority beat by offering not one, but four musical acts by local favorites Chulita Vinyl Club, DJ Despeinada, Mariachi las Coronelas, and Ponciano Seoane recently featured on The Voice. Attendees are sure to have fun snapping the most Instagram-worthy pictures of the event, and a special appearance by Mr. Piñata makes that obligatory party selfie all that more special.
