Fresh from the sea, Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille announces delicious new seafood selections that have been added to the menu. Perry’s new seafood dishes – Everything Crusted Ahi Tuna, Crispy Skin Wild Red Snapper, Atlantic Salmon (prepared one of three ways) and Pan Seared Sea Bass– were thoughtfully crafted to offer patrons flavorful and satisfying seafood options.

Made with wine from the oldest winery in the Americas, this cocktail features Casa Madero Rosé wine and Codigo 1530 Rosa Tequila, creating a twist on the traditional Margarita.
The Everything Crusted Ahi Tuna, inspired by bagel flavors, combines toasted poppy seeds, sesame seeds, garlic flakes, onion and sea salt to deliver a long crunchy palate adventure. The Everything Ahi Tuna is served with Asian slaw and a Tzatziki garnish, nestled within a ginger tomato fondu, representing the cream cheese shmear that is popular on the ultimate bagel.
The Crispy Skin Wild Red Snapper is finished with truffle vinaigrette. Accompanied by chive whipped potatoes, this dish is sure to satisfy any seafood lover.
The Atlantic Salmon, served with cauliflower mousse, is available in three distinct preparations: grilled with lemon dill butter, grilled with basil sundried tomato butter or Moroccan-cured with Meyer lemon emulsion.
The Pan Seared Sea Bass is served atop red pepper coulis. Presented alongside creamy corn, this is a delicious and flavorful seafood selection.
