Ham stuffed eggs have a new best friend: Olives. Discover an amazing friendship full of flavor with this recipe!

Ingredients (1 tapa)
• Arbequina green olives

• 1 boiled egg

• 0,53 Onz. Serrano ham

• 0,71 Onz. Mayonnaise

Directions
Step 1: Cut each of the boiled eggs in half and remove the yolk.

Step 2: In a bowl, put the yolk, the minced serrano ham and the mayonnaise. Cut the olives in small dices and stir to mix all the ingredients together.

Step 3: Stuff the eggs with this mixture and top with minced green olives.

Prepare these amazing muffings with Hojiblanca black olives. It’s the best way to enjoy the real Spanish flavor.

Ingredients (24 unit)

• Hojiblanca olives

• 3,53 Onz. Pastry flour

• 3,53 Onz. Sugar

• 0,18 Onz. Leaven

• 0,21 pt. Soft olive oil

• 0,07 pt. Milk

• 2 eggs

Directions

Step 1: Mix the eggs with the sugar. Then add the liquids and beat. Finally, add dry ingredients (flour and leaven).

Step 2: Dehydrate Hojiblanca olives in the microwave and add them to the dough.

Step 3: Put the dough in a muffin pan. Bake at 392ºF for 20 minutes.
