Tuckers Kozy Korner Expands Culinary Offerings with New Chef at Helm
Tuckers Kozy Korner is a well-known San Antonio institution and has been for decades. Now, with Chef Jeff White at the helm, Tucker’s is expanding its culinary offerings.
Already a popular haunt for brunch on Saturdays and Sundays, Tucker’s is thrilled to announce they are now open for lunch during the week, Monday through Friday, from 11 am to 4 pm. The new menu features unctuous eats that showcase Chef White’s ability to elevate comfort food to a whole new level.
The affordable menu includes options such as the WTF Spicy Chicken sandwich, made with spicy buttermilk fried chicken thighs, spicy mayo and all the fixin’s as well as a sinfully delicious Patty Melt, made with caramelized onions, Swiss and Kozy Sauce.
Additionally, starting on Friday, March 16 and every 3rd Friday of the month thereafter, guests can join Tucker’s for “Slam Your Daque Fridays,” where they can start the weekend out early with mini daiquiri shots and a Crawfish Boil Happy Hour. Daques come in a variety of revolving flavors, from traditional lime to raspberry, cucumber and pineapple.
Finally, DJ Plata is in the house every 3rd Saturday of the month, giving folks the rowdy good time they’ve learned to expect from Tucker’s.
