Pizza Italia, a Local Pizzeria, Introduces Their Stromboli for February
Local eatery, Pizza Italia, located at 3023 Thousand Oaks Dr. Ste. 101, San Antonio, TX 78247, invites hungry San Antonians to stop by this month for their homemade stromboli, lovingly referred to as “The Porker,” which will be available only during the month of February.
Stromboli is a type of turnover made out of pizza dough and stuffed with varies meats, cheeses or vegetables. Many favor it as a tasty alternative to the traditional pizza.
Recently, the restaurant has seen an increase in interest in the doughy treat, so they have decided to implement a special stomboli of the month moving forward, giving guests a new flavor to try each time they visit. With a wide variety of Stromboli stuffings available, the Pizza Italia team is excited to get to work blending ingredients to make new flavors their customers will love.
February’s stromboli of the month, the Porker, is made with cooked-to-perfection breakfast bacon, ham, canadian bacon, onions, green peppers, mushrooms, jalapenos, and cheese.
In addition to delicious pizzas, pastas and sandwiches, they offer over 300 craft beers in the bottle, and 30+ craft brews on tap. The restaurant is open Monday through Thursday from 11am to 11pm, Friday through Saturday from 11am to 12am and Sunday 11am to 11pm.
