Final Expansion Project of the GROW. Plants, People, Possibilities Capital Campaign
On Tuesday January 23, the San Antonio Botanical Garden held a ground breaking ceremony & press conference for the final expansion project of the GROW. Plants, People, Possibilities Capital Campaign.
The San Antonio Botanical Garden hosted an official groundbreaking ceremony for the final project of the Grow. Plants, People, Possibilities Capital Campaign this past Tuesday. The project includes an Education and Event Center, Administration Building, Event Lawn, and renovations to the Sullivan Carriage House completing the $40 million Grow. Plants, People, Possibilities Capital Campaign. Invited City, County and community leaders along with Garden staff and Board members kicked off the construction project which is expected to be complete by Spring 2020.

Daily admission to the San Antonio Botanical Garden is $12 adults; $10 students, seniors, military; $8 children age 3-13. Parking is free. The Botanical Garden is operated under the auspices of the City of San Antonio Department of Parks & Recreation and is open year-round except Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day.
