Perfect Pumpkin Cocktails for Your Fall Festivities

National Pumpkin Day and Fall are both upon us and here are two perfect pumpkin cocktails from Pinnacle Vodka and Baileys Pumpkin Spice.

With National Pumpkin Day coming up (Oct. 26), Pinnacle Vodka has a great Pumpkin cocktail to share, which they made in partnership with lifestyle influencer Courtney Whitmore.

  • 2 parts Pinnacle® Original Vodka
  • 1 part coffee liqueur
  • 1 part heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon canned pumpkin puree
  • 2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

 

Preparation: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain over ice. Garnish with pumpkin pie spice. Tip: If you want a traditional white Russian look to your cocktail, you can pour the heavy cream on at the end.

That’s right, this Halloween, impress friends by mixing up the tasty Caramel Apple cocktail from Baileys Pumpkin Spice.  Created by NYC mixologist Allison Kave of famed boozy bakery, Butter & Scotch, the Caramel Apple cocktail is an indulgent treat that combines the mouthwatering essences of the fall. Made with Baileys Pumpkin Spice, Dickel Rye, apple cider and delightfully topped with apple cider doughnut holes and caramel apple slices, this cocktail will certainly have guests begging for the recipe!

Ingredients:

2 oz Baileys Pumpkin Spice

1 oz Dickel Rye

1 cup apple cider

Apple Cider Doughnut Holes for Garnish

Caramel Apple Slices for Garnish

Whipped Cream for Garnish

Caramel Drizzle for Garnish

 

Preparation:

  1. In a saucepan, combine Baileys Pumpkin Spice, Dickel Rye and apple cider over medium heat for ten minutes. Stir well.
  2. Pour contents into a coffee mug.
  3. Top with skewer of apple cider doughnut holes alternating with caramel apple slices. Garnish with whipped cream and caramel drizzle.

 

Ideal Serve: Coffee Mug

 

Yield: This recipe creates 2 servings.
