Maxs introduces remarkable new menu just in time for the lazy days of summer that will keep things fresh and interesting.
MAX’s Wine Dive, the family owned comfort food destination known for its unique pairing of Fried Chicken and Champagne, has released a new menu with seasonal items for the summer season. As San Antonians welcome the anticipated warmer weather, they can also welcome a vast array of delectable dishes that are sure to become “go-to” favorites at MAX’s Wine Dive.
The new menu items are produced from a collaborative effort between all MAX’s Wine Dive executive chefs, including Chef Halston Connella. With dishes like the Pastrami Short Rib Sliders, which includes house-made Pastrami Cured Short Rib, Brussels Sprout Slaw, Gruyère, and house-made Russian Dressing, guests can enjoy this chef-driven collaboration.
Some of the new seasonal menu items include:
- Bubbling Blue Cheese & Fig Dip: blue cheese cream, balsamic-macerated figs, Granny Smith apples, grilled sourdough
- Spicy Coconut Quail Wings: Coconut Curry Quail, Sambal Honey and topped with Lime and Fresh Herbs
- Pastrami Short Rib Sliders: house-made pastrami cured short rib, Brussels sprout slaw, gruyere, house-made Russian dressing
- Pork Belly Wontons: slow-cooked pulled pork belly, fresh habanero, Chinese master sauce
