New Authentic Mexican Breakfast found at Michin Grill Kitchen & Tequila Bar
Popular Mexican eatery is now offering a new authentic Mexican breakfast for folks who just need a good hearty taco or huevos a la Mexicana.
Stone Oak’s Michin Grill Kitchen & Tequila Bar located at 427 North Loop 1604 W. #202, now offers a unique breakfast experience, Tuesday-Sunday from 9am-11am.
In Mexico, breakfast is cherished as one of the most important meals of the day. While many American’s may grab a granola bar and coffee, the culture around breakfast in Mexico is a much more intimate experience. One shared in the kitchen with family. Owner of Michin Grill Kitchen & Tequila Bar, Juan Pablo Vidales, wishes to share this unique experience and some of his favorite breakfast dishes with his guests.
A typical breakfast at Michin starts with bunuelos sprinkled with cinnamon sugar and a vitamin packed juice. A favorite among customers is the restaurant’s Michin Juice, a blend of pineapple, celery, parsley and apple.
During breakfast, you will usually always find a healthy bowl of fruit. Michin offers an incredible Honey Lime Fruit Salad served with blueberries, kiwi, pineapple, strawberries and a homemade honey lime dressing. The last and final component to this filling breakfast is the entree! Juan Pablo recommends the Ranchero, a traditional Mexican dish served with a tortilla and eggs covered in salsa ranchera, along with a side of refried black beans.
