Each bowl is bursting with flavors that are sure to tingle your taste buds. For an extra boost of hearty protein, add cooked beef, chicken or tofu to the bowl after heating. There are so many possibilities of how to use each bowl.

I tried the Southwest Chipotle Bowl and the Sesame Sriracha Bowl. The blend of cauliflower, kale, kohlrabi, sweet potatoes, black beans, chipotle corn salsa & shredded cheddar cheese in the Southwest Chipotle has all the southwest flavors you love. You can enjoy this meal as is for a vegetarian dish for one with just 220 calories.  But by simply adding grilled beef tips along with grilled onions you raise the bar on this meal a notch and make it enough for two.

The Sesame Sriracha Bowl is a perfect combination of Asian flavors packed with broccoli, kohlrabi, cabbage, carrots, snap peas, brown rice and a spicy sesame sriracha sauce. Cooked as is this bowl is perfect for the vegan diet with a mild spiciness sure to please with only 310 calories. Add shrimp or cubed cooked chicken such as GoodHeart All Natural Chicken and you have a wonderful hearty meal for two.
