For the discerning Fiesta fan looking for a ticketed VIP experience right across from the main stage, Tastes of Texas is a Texas Cuisine Manifesto. In a private courtyard accompanied by local wine and craft beers, prominent local chefs will serve the unique flavors of “The Piney Curtain” of East Texas, “The Acadian Coast” along the Gulf, “Hill Country” of Central Texas, “Tex-Mex” of South Texas, “Cattle Country” of the North and Northwest, and “The Green Chile Line” west of The Pecos.
Join Chef Brian West and eleven other chefs on a culinary tour of the six food regions of Texas. The general event is open to the public with food from all six regions available for individual sale.
