Next Generation Salad Bar Concept, Salata, set for March 2 Grand Opening in Park North
Salata – the Next Generation Salad Bar – will open its newest San Antonio restaurant this Thursday, March 2.
The new Salata is located at 510 NW Loop 410, Ste. 105, in the Park North Shopping Center. It will be the fourth Salata in the San Antonio area and among more than 50 nationwide.
“We can’t wait to welcome residents and workers in the Park North area to our beautiful new restaurant so they can experience our amazing salad bar,” said Kasey Hanlon, Salata Franchisee and Owner of G4U Restaurants, LLC. “We are dedicated to serving healthy, quality food to our guests both day and night and we’re looking forward to becoming an integral part of the community.”
On grand opening day, Salata will host a fundraiser during regular business hours benefiting SAMMinistries – an interfaith ministry committed to helping the homeless and those at risk of becoming homeless. The restaurant will donate 10 percent of the proceeds made on March 2 to the organization.
“We’re very pleased to support the wonderful work being done at SAMMinistries,” said Hanlon. “We invite the local community to come out and enjoy some delicious fresh salads and wraps and help us make a difference in the lives of our neighbors in need.”
Salata is renowned for its healthy, fresh and simple menu. The vegetables and fruits are chopped daily and the protein selection is fresh and lean. All of the dressings, soups and sauces are house-made and gluten-free.
