Auburn Evening, Paramour (Cognac, Lemon Juice, Walnut Liqueur, Cherry Heering, Angostura Bitters and Lemon Zest Garnish)

1 1/2 COGNAC

1 OZ WALNUT LIQUEUR

5 OZ LEMON JUICE

5 OZ CHERRY HEERING

2 DASHES OF ANGOSTURA BITTERS

SERVE UP WITH A LEMON ZEST GARNISH

Pan Dulce (Sweet Bread), Hotel Contessa (Maker’s Mark, Licor43, Simple Syrup with Cinnamon blend, Anise Liqueur, Lemon Essence, topped with Foam, Nutmeg and Mint)

1 ½ oz Maker’s Mark

1 oz Licor 43

1 oz Simple Syrup with blend of Cinnamon, Anise liqueur, and Lemon Essence

Topped with Foam (evaporated milk & half/half) Nutmeg, Mint Sprig and a Lemon Twist

Tamarind Caramel Apple Shot, Twang (Butterscotch Schnapps, Sour Apple Schnapps, Twang-a-rita Tamarind Cocktail Seasoning)

Recipe:

2 oz Butterscotch Schnapps

2 oz Sour Apple Schnapps

3 tsp. Twang-A-Rita™ Tamarind Cocktail Seasoning

Ice

Rim shot glasses with Twang-A-RitaTM Tamarind Cocktail Seasoning.

Combine both schnapps and ice to a shaker and shake to chill.

Pour into rimmed shot glasses
