Enjoy a Spectacular Evening with both High Street Wine Company & Hotel Emma’s Supper American Eatery

High Street Wine Company and Hotel Emma are hosting a spectacular evening “A Night at the Pearl with Château Palmer” on November 17.

WHAT:
Join High Street Wine Company and Hotel Emma for “A Night at the Pearl with Château Palmer”.  Château Palmer is a winery located in the Margaux appellation d’origine contrôlée of the Bordeaux region of France. The property is situated in the communes of Margaux and Cantenac, and its wines are considered to be some of the best of the region.
The night will begin with a Wine & Cheese course at High Street Wine Co., where Jean-Louis Carbonnier will provide unique insights into Château Palmer, the vineyard, the region and the history of Bordeaux. Next, Chateau Palmer will head to dinner at Supper American Eatery’s Private Dining Room, and chef John Brand from Supper American Eatery will serve a family-style meal paired expertly with  Château Palmer’s grand cuvee offerings. Then conclude the evening with dessert and entertainment in the Pearl Amphitheater overlooking the Museum Reach of the Riverwalk.

The Château Palmer estate produces two elegant wines from its exceptional terroir, Château Palmer and Alter Ego, both legendary for their fineness and deep aromatic complexity. Guests will have the unique opportunity to enjoy wines from both Château Palmer and Alter Ego.  Experience the nuanced expressions of the Château Palmer’s terroir, and two interpretations of the varietals offered by one of the Bordeaux region’s finest wineries.
