The Clean Plate at Tobin Hill brings Warmth and Comfort to the Table

After gathering the freshest ingredients and perfecting her recipes, chef-owner Cat New has released her new fall menu at The Clean Plate, and it is heavenly. Dedicated to using clean and sustainable ingredients, chef Cat follows a farm-to-table philosophy without losing any flavor. Her plates may be clean but they never lack that home-cooked feeling. From cheesy, butternut-cream gnudi to fall-off-the-bone bison short rib, Cat is capturing what everyone wants in autumn – warmth and comfort.
