Ding How Chinese Restaurant Introduces New Beef Spring Roll
Local San Antonio staple, Ding How Chinese Restaurant, located at 4531 NW Loop 410, is introducing a new Beef Spring Roll to their menu this month.
Ding How uses a blend of cultures, with their spring rolls, to please the needs of their guests. They have fused together the Mandarin styled crunchy wrapper, with a Vietnamese spring roll meat.
The mandarin inspired wrap requires skilled hands to make it, as the roll is quite delicate. After the rolling process, the spring roll is gently fried to create a crispy and flaky outside. Snag one of these new beef spring rolls for the low price of $1.39 each, while they’re in their introductory phase. Don’t worry non-meat eaters we still have our traditional egg rolls for the price of $1.79 each.
Ding How is open Monday through Thursday from 11 am – 9 pm, Friday and Saturday from 11 am – 10 pm, and Sunday from 12 noon – 9 pm serving both lunch and dinner. Lunch specials are available from Monday – Friday between 11 am and 2:30 pm.
