Apparently Southern Recipe Small Batch has gone through many recipes to come up with the perfect recipes for their gourmet flavors. Recipe No. 87 is the Pineapple Ancho Chile, my favorite of the two flavors I tried. Not only giving you a sweet, tart combination, this flavor also adds a spicy kick. A half oz. serving has no trans fats, less than one gram of carbs but packs in 8 oz. of protein and all for 70 calories. The Sea Salt and Cracked Black Pepper, or Small Batch recipe No. 16 as it’s called at the factory, is simply seasoned with black pepper and Sea Salt.
