Two New Cooking Oils Now Found on Texas Shelves

Two New Cooking Oils from La Tourangelle are now Available at Texas HEB Stores

Two new cooking oils from La Tourangelle, the award-winning artisan oil company that utilizes 150-year-old French methods to press its oils, will now be found on shelves in over 80 HEB stores in Texas!

Texas HEB shoppers will be some of the first people to try La Tourangelle’s two new cooking oils Basil Oil and Herbs de Provence Oil. These artisan oils are infused with fresh herbs, plucked at the peak of maturity and never dried. The herbs are grown in France by a five generation family owned-producer and picked at their freshest, giving the oils their distinctive taste. Once the herbs are picked, they are infused in organic, expeller-pressed high-oleic sunflower oil, which is the best for high heat cooking.

The Basil Oil is infused with fragrant young basil leaves. It can be used as a dipping oil, in hand made pesto sauces, Caprese salads or on grilled chicken or fish. The Herbs de Provence Oil is a ‘bouquet garni’ blend of fresh rosemary and thyme. Herbs de Provence is a mixture of herbs found in the south of France but unlike traditional blends, the rosemary and thyme are picked fresh. The Herbs de Provence Oil can be used as a dipping oil or drizzled over vegetables in or out of the oven. All of La Tourangelle’s oils are non-GMO and expeller pressed.

Both of these two new cooking oils are delicious in summer veggie dishes and can add a touch of flavor to any dish. Enjoy these recipes using La Tourangelle’s new Basil Oil and Herbs de Provence Oil:
