New Book Gives Taco Cabana Happy Hour & Breakfast Tacos a Thumbs Up
“100 Things to do in San Antonio Before You Die”
Attending a book signing of Denise Richter’s new book at a Taco Cabana happy-hour should be right up there on the list of fun and tasty things to do in San Antonio. Enjoying conversation with the author, meeting fellow bloggers, eating great Mexican food and sipping on frozen Margaritas is definitely my idea of a fun time.
Taco Cabana (#53 on the list) hosted the book signing to celebrate the publication of Denise’s new book and in appreciation of their being named one of the top 10 spots in San Antonio to get a breakfast taco and a great place to go to happy hour.
There are not many places where you can get a great Margarita for $1.50, but with Taco Cabanas 40 locations in and around the city you can easily enjoy theirs all over town.
And the breakfast tacos, well that is the main reason my husband and I go to Taco Cabana. We love weekend breakfast tacos and theirs are always our go-to place to get them. The varieties are numerous but no matter which one you choose, it’s going to be hot-off-the-grill fresh and delicious.
Denise’s book mentions some other wonderful places to eat as well as things to see and do in our beautiful city. Her book is a must for people visiting or moving to San Antonio as well as locals alike. You and the family will want to traverse the city to visit all the places mentioned. And with school almost out for the summer, it would make a fun thing to see how many places you can visit with the kidos.
The book covers:
- Culture and History
- Food and Drinks
- Music and Entertainment
- Sports and Recreation
- Shopping and Fashion
So no matter what your interest, there is something that is sure to catch your attention. And if you are like me, there will be many!
You can find Denise’s book on Amazon and soon to be in Costco, Sam’s and Barnes & Noble. Pick up a copy and start checking things off your city bucket list.
