A Touch of German Cuisine at Hard Rock Cafe this October

Nothing Says Willkommen Like a Schnitzel Burger Paired with Samuel Adams® OctoberFest Beer

HardRockCafe

It’s Fall San Antonio and that means Oktoberfest celebrations are popping up all over the area. And not to be outdone, Hard Rock Cafe is using the Munich inspired fest to pair up their newest burger and beer duet, the Samuel Adams OctoberFest and Schnitzel Burger.

You can find a similar Schnitzel Local Legendary Burger* in Hard Rock Cafe locations throughout Germany year-round and for a limited time Hard Rock Cafe San Antonio is offering it here.

This burger is heaped so full of German flavors you will swear you are sitting at a Gasthaus on the Rhine River instead of Hard Rock on the riverwalk. This Schnitzel Burger features two lightly breaded pork schnitzels, Samuel Adams OctoberFest beer-infused cheese sauce, smoky bacon, tangy sauerkraut, whole grain mustard and fresh arugula all between a pretzel bun. You will barely be able to get your mouth around this big boy. Paired with the Samuel Adams OctoberFest, a rich, smooth, hearty lager, it makes a perfect marriage.

The burger is also accompanied by Hard Rock’s seasoned fries and a side of Samuel Adams OctoberFest beer-infused cheese sauce. So go ahead, dip those fries!

This German inspired combo is available in Hard Rock’s San Antonio location as well as cafe locations nationwide through Saturday, October 31, 2015. So put on your Lederhosen and get over to Hard Rock Cafe before this awesome twosome is gone.

* Each cafe is given the freedom to create a unique Local Legendary Burger that captures the local flavors of their city and is only available at that cafe location.

This burger and beer duet is an extension of Hard Rock’s year-long burger and beer pairings promotion.

For more Hard Rock German-inspired offerings you may also want to try one of the baked soft pretzels which are served with the Samuel Adams beer-infused cheese sauce and whole grain mustard. These are the same pretzels you will find all over Germany at local bierfests this time of year.

Now if you are thinking you could really do a dessert right about now, check out Hard Rock’s “southern-inspired” Mason Jar Banana Mud Pudding. If you aren’t already over-the-top full, this sweet will finish you off with its Nilla® wafer, Oreo® cookie crumbs, chocolate chips, caramelized bananas all engulfed in dark chocolate and banana pudding with a yummy caramel Southern Comfort sauce and topped with fresh whipped cream, more, yes more, chocolate chips, a drizzle of chocolate sauce and a Nilla® wafer. And yes, it’s as rich as it sounds!
