Summer is here and warm weather is finally upon us. There is no better way to quench your thirst and get some relief from the heat than kicking back with a big glass of refreshing, cold-brewed iced tea. Unfortunately, sweetened varieties of iced tea come at a serious cost to your waistline. The good news is that iced tea can be healthy, so the next time the heat gets brutal, whip up this delicious and healthy recipe for Minty Iced Green/Lemon Tea, courtesy of Carrington Farms.
