“Top Chef Stars” produced by Magical Elves, the production company winning Emmy award represents the first time the franchise airs on broadcast television and Spanish, in addition to the participation of celebrities competing to raise money for a charity.
Building on the success of “Top Chef,” the popular series on Bravo, Telemundo announced the premiere of “Top Chef Stars” on Sunday, February 16th at 8pm/7c. Produced by the production company Magical Elves, Emmy Award winner, and filmed in New Orleans, in the same kitchen and the same team version of Bravo, “Top Chef Stars” combines the best of this successful franchise with some variations to the Hispanic market that include the participation of eight Hispanic stars who compete for money to a charitable cause of their choice. “Top Chef Stars” this weekend was presented at the “TCA Press Tour” 2014 at the Langham Hotel in Pasadena, CA, marking the first time the format is performed on television in Spanish.

Dr. Nancy Alvarez – writer, singer and television personality of the Dominican Republic, best known as host of the program “Who is Reason?” Where serves as sexologist, psychologist and family therapist. Fernando Arau – veteran and renowned TV host who started her career in showbiz at an early age.
